2001 Woodbury Avenue
Newington, NH
9,300 SF Retail Plaza

2001 Woodbury Avenue (a.k.a. Woodbury Corner) is located at the corner of Gosling Road, which provides direct access to Spaulding Turnpike at a point less than 2 miles from I-95.
Woodbury Corner provides its tenants with local traffic counts of more than 40,000 vehicles daily, and is at a major, signalized intersection.
Woodbury Corner is also near the Fox Run Mall in Newington, the Market Basket Plaza in Portsmouth, and is a 5 minute drive from downtown Portsmouth, NH.
2001 Woodbury Avenue was originally developed in 1960 as a multi-tenant retail center. Over time, the building was converted into a single tenant retail building, which became the home of Tweeter Etc. When Tweeter went Bankrupt at the end of 2008, Riverside decided to redevelop the facility into a multi-tenant retail plaza.
Riverside completed their redevelopment in 2011, and subsequently secured leases with three tenants: Batteries Plus, Sprint and Mattress Firm.
